Dutch hydraulic engineering, coastal protection and land reclamation specialist Boskalis and Belgian-French construction group BESIX are among the first European contractors to be awarded work on the redevelopment of the port serving Saudi Arabia’s Neom mega project.
Boskalis and Besix are partnering with Saudi Arabia based engineering company MBL – Modern Building Leaders (MBL) to deliver a design and build lump sum contract for the initial phase of dredging and quay wall development at the Port of Neom.
